Flexi-Pass Terms & Conditions
Validity
1. A Flexi-Pass voucher is not valid until exchanged for an actual session ticket.
2. Flexi-Pass vouchers are valid for exchange to sessions at all Sydney Film Festival venues: State Theatre, George Street Cinemas and Dendy Opera Quays.
3. All Flexi-Pass voucher exchanges are subject to session availability.
4. A maximum of four Flexi-Pass vouchers can be exchanged for any one screening.
5. Flexi-Pass vouchers are not valid to exchange for tickets to Opening Night, Closing Night or the Dendy Awards.
6. Seating at all venues is allocated on a best available basis.
7. No exchanges or refunds are permitted except in the case of a cancelled screening in accordance with Sydney Film Festival cancellation policy. In this instance, Flexi-Pass holders who have redeemed a voucher for a cancelled film will receive a replacement film ticket only. Cash will not be refunded. Proof of Flexi-Pass purchase is required.
